Позвольте поделиться посетившими предположениями на этот счёт. В песне звучит "Состоятельный нам нужен..". В песне отчим - кок на барже; в клипе он представлен как старший сержант милиции. И вот думаю: а что, если.. "кок на барже" тут - шутливо-óбразное выражение, и что суть здесь не в самой должности, а в том, что она у Отчима вряд ли высокооплачиваемая, а может он и вовсе "впахивает за "символическую плату"".
